Shipping Policies
Instock items purchased will be shipped in a timely manner after receipt of payment.
Custom diapers will ship within 7 – 14 days of receipt of payment.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. and international addresses, please choose Money Order option. We will email you with the shipping total according to your location.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied your Tinkle Traps, please contact me using the contact form. Please describe the product, the reason for wanting to return it and I will reply with arrangements for the return. Once the item is returned to Tinkle Traps, I will issue a store credit, exchange or refund for the amount of purchase minus the shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
Defective items that have been used will be replaced, repaired or refunded at my discretion. All returns must be in a clean, unused condition.

Custom Diapers:
Effective August 26th, 2008 I will now require a non refundable
deposit of 50% of the total cost before I start any custom order
diapers from my stock (both snapping fitted diapers and converted
prefolds). Once the details of orders are confirmed and agreed upon, I
will send a PayPal invoice for the deposit prior to beginning work, and
then will invoice the balance including the shipping (if applicable)
once I have the order completed and ready to ship. Payment of the
remaining balance will need to be received within 7 calendar days
unless prior arrangements have been made.
Conversion of your prefolds will remain the same. Deposits to hold your conversion slot will be refunded once your diapers arrive. I will send a PayPal invoice for the total once I have the diapers finished and ready to
ship. Payment needs to be received within 7 calendar days from the
time of invoicing unless prior arrangements have been made.
